BOOTCAMPS Built for Players.
Welcome to the 2026 Boondock Hockey Development U7 & U15 Female Summer Bootcamps. The daily schedule for each group is listed below. Please refer back to this page throughout the week for any schedule updates or announcements.
General Information
Location: Oakridge Community Association
9504 Oakfield Dr SW, Calgary, AB
Please check in at the main lobby upon arrival where staff will confirm your registration and provide your jersey. Please Note: U7 players are welcome to arrive as early as needed to get dressed and prepared for their first on-ice session. U15 players do not need to arrive until 12:00 PM - U15 players attending the first dry-land or classroom session of the day will be shown where to leave their equipment until their dressing room becomes available.
Players are encouraged to bring snacks and any additional food they may need throughout the day. Time has been built into the schedule between sessions to allow players to refuel, rehydrate, and prepare for the next activity.
Dryland Sessions
Please bring running shoes, athletic clothing, and plenty of water each day.
Several of our off-ice sessions are scheduled to take place outdoors, weather and air quality permitting. Our staff will monitor smoke and weather conditions throughout the week and move indoor if necessary.
Our dryland programming is designed to complement the training many of our athletes are already doing throughout the summer. Rather than high-intensity conditioning, the focus will be on recovery, mobility, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development, along with classroom sessions.
If you have any questions at any point during the week, please don't hesitate to speak with one of our Boondock staff members—we're happy to help. Head to the below links for your daily schedule.

parent notes

We're excited to welcome our U7 players and families to Boondock Hockey Development this week!
Below are a few notes to help ensure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Check-In & Check-Out
Please meet in the main lobby each day for both check-in and pick-up.
We ask that a parent or guardian arrive with their player and assist them in getting dressed for their first on-ice session of the day. Once players are ready, our staff will take it from there!
Piper will be the off-ice lead for the U7 group throughout the week and will remain with the players as they move between each session. Our coaching staff will ensure players are dressed, skates are tied, and they're ready for their second on-ice session of the day.
If you have any questions or concerns throughout the week, please don't hesitate to connect with Piper or one of our Boondock staff members—we're always happy to help.
Fuel & Recharge
Our Fuel & Recharge session each day is designed to give players a chance to rest, rehydrate, and refuel before heading back on the ice. While players are eating and recharging, we'll also incorporate fun, age-appropriate off-ice activities and short classroom sessions focused on teamwork, sportsmanship, hockey fundamentals, and being a great teammate.
Please be sure to pack plenty of food and water, as players will have multiple opportunities throughout the day to eat, drink, and recharge.
Dryland & Multi-Sport Session
Our final off-ice session each day will take place outdoors (weather permitting).
Please ensure your player brings:
