​​Welcome to the BOONDOCK HOCKEY | Professional Development Series

BOOTCAMPS Built for Players.

​

Our single-day Bootcamps are built for players who want to use their day off to get on the ice, get more reps, and continue developing.

​

Each Bootcamp combines focused on-ice training with age-appropriate off-ice development, creating a high-energy day built around skill development, movement, competition, and fun.

​

GENERAL INFORMATION

​

Location: Trico Centre for Family Wellness
Address: 11150 Bonaventure Dr SE, Calgary, AB T2J 6R9

​

Please check in at the designated area upon arrival. Boondock staff will be available to help players get organized and ready for the day.

​

Players are encouraged to bring snacks, lunch, and plenty of water. Time is built into the schedule between sessions to allow players to refuel, hydrate, and prepare for the next activity.

​

DRYLAND & OFF-ICE

​

Please bring running shoes, athletic clothing (warm enough to be outside), and plenty of water.

​

Off-ice sessions are designed to complement the on-ice training and will include age-appropriate movement, athletic development, coordination, agility, and competitive activities.

​

WHAT TO EXPECT

​

Small groups. More reps. More attention.

​

Each Bootcamp is intentionally limited to a small group, allowing our instructors to spend more time with each player and create more opportunities for meaningful repetitions and individual feedback.

​

Players can expect a combination of:

Skating
Puck skills
Game application
Small-area games
Competitive activities
Off-ice athletic development
